Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of stool report is as follows:
1. The physical characteristics - color and consistency are within normal limits.
2. The microscopic examination reveals presence of 0-1 white blood cells, presence of white blood cells suggest presence of infection.
2. Red blood cells/ RBCs are absent.
3. Amoeba and parasites often infect the gastrointestinal tract. In your query, you have mentioned both present and absent. Kindly confirm the results. In case the ova or cyst are present of amoeba and parasites, you need to take anti-microbial against the infection. You can get it prescribed from your doctor.
4. There is presence of plenty of bacteria which suggests infection with bacteria.
5. You have not mentioned about the presence or absence of yeast cells which is a fungus.
Presence of bacteria or amoeba or parasite is suggestive of infection.
Kindly, consult your treating physician for prescription of an anti-microbial.

Thanks and take care
