What Is The Heart Burn And Contractions In Uterus After An Abortion?

I had an abortion 2 weeks ago and have had unprotected sex. All pregnancy symptoms were gone immediatly but now I have been having heart burn for 4 days and noticed that I was having tightning contractions in uterus. Could I be pregnant again? took test it was positive but thought maybe I still have high hormones ecspecially sence I was pregnant with twins

Understand your concern
For safe practice USG should be done to confirm retain product or incomplete abortion. Normally pregnancy test will become negative 7-10 days after abortion. As you did pregnancy test after 2 week, it will not due to high hormone due to previous pregnancy.
So chance of pregnancy is high as you did unprotected sexual intercourse.
But again do pregnancy test 7-10 days after missed period in morning with fresh sample.
Heart burn may be occur due to reflux (due to high progesterone in pregnancy) and uterine contraction may be due to either premenstrual symptoms or pregnancy.

Ideally you should avoid intercourse at least 4 wks post abortion.tightning and uterine contractions are common after few days post abortal . nothing to worry for that. Pregnancy test comes positive until 3 wks post abortal
