Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having headache which worsens on activity.
My response to your question is as follows.

Since you are headache is showing response to Tylenol it is probably inflammatory in origin.
The common causes that need to be ruled out are inflammation of the sinuses, sinusitis. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for any further questions and I will be happy to answer and assist you.

Thank you
With regards
