What Is The Growing Fatty Deposit Near Collarbone Area?

I have a growing fatty deposit the has filled over the whole area were the collarbone meets the chest area, sometimes it is painful and affects my ears, I ve went to the doctor a few times with no answer, is there a test i should have done? could this be thyroid problems? I am 66 years,am 5 6 and weigh approx. 145 lbs.

Well come to HCM
This could be lipoma but the pain near the ear area may be different and this may not be due to the swelling that you are having on caller bone, such a lipoma does not need any treatment for the cosmetic purpose this can be surgically removed, otherwise this is benign lesion and not harmless even if this is left untreated. hope this helps
