What Is The Golf Ball Size Lump On My Leg?

hello, I woke up in the middle of the night to an awful pain in my leg, had trouble walking for 2 days and now on the 6th day the lump a size of a golfball is still there, but doesn't hurt anymore. Wondering what it could be? It's directly below my buttocks and knee on the side of my leg

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some soft tissue tumor like lipoma, neurofibroma or dermatofibroma. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Excision is the treatment of choice.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
