Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Endone (Oxycodone) is an opioid (narcotic) pain medication used to relieve moderate or severe pain, such as after surgery or an injury. Its common side effects may include drowsiness, headache, dizziness, tired feeling, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, dry mouth, or mild itching.

Whereas Roxar (Roxithromycin) is a macrolide antibiotic commonly used for the treatment respiratory infections from both upper and lower airways, such as otitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis and pneumonia. Its common side effects include stomach upset, skin rash, and photosensitive reaction. It is not an opioid medication hence it is different from Endone.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
