Hi dear ,

The symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as sinusitis . Sinusitis is a infection of sinus of skull , in this condition lining of the sinus become inflamed and get filled with mucous . This causes pressure on the teeth which appear as slight pain . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order X-ray or CT scan of sinus along with blood tests to confirm the diagnosis and rule out any dental infection . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) for at least 10 days along with anti inflammatory and decongestants . Take steam twice a days and do warm saline rinses .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
