From history it seems that you might be having some infection in between your breasts.
Due to having more perspiration and not properly cleaning that area there might be having some infection, fungal infection or dermatitis.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Clean this part daily while taking bath.
Avoid perspiration on the part.
