What Is The Cause Of Weight Gain, Tiredness, Sore Breasts, And Headaches?
I have gain approx 3 stone in as many months. Am very tired. Have sore breasts often. I've tried losing weight but with no luck. Very unlikely I'm pregnant as both my partner and I have been done. Also over the last 3 weeks I've been having head aches every day. I'm 39. Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Common cause for weight gain is consumption of calories more than required amount. which usually manageable with diet changes and exercise.
If you are gaining wait in spite of diet changes and exercise, need to get evaluated for hormonal disturbances. Consult your doctor for examination and need to get battery of test done to find out cause. Treatment of cause helps in weight reduction. As you are pregnant, any thyroid abnormality need to be managed as early as possible, as it has effects on baby.
