My girlfriend has been feeling rather tired, weak, cold, and nauseous for a few days. She's afraid that she may possibly be pregnant, though we haven't had intercourse in over a month and just last week she had her period. She said it was "weird" or different in some way compared to her normal periods. Could it be that she could be pregnant? Or is she just sick possibly. She also has low iron levels and I have considered that as a reason as well.
