What Is The Cause Of Tiredness And Mood Swings?

i think i might have some type of depression and i dont no what to do. Im tired all the time, no energy, look at the bad side of everything, feel drained and sore, snap at little things, pick fights all the time. i never use to be like this and i dont no why im like this.
