What Is The Cause Of Tingling In Hands And Feet Just After Finishing A Game Of Indoor Football ?
Hi just after finishing a game of indoor football tonight. I'm 27 pretty fit not elite fit. I was seeing stars tonight after running fast for long periods of time. I suffer from asthma but I need reviewed as its worse than normal. I'm also a smoker. I smoke about ten a day. I no this doesn't help my fitness etc but I'm concerned about that tonight it's happened before too. I'd also get a tingle in my hands and feet when I get home afterwards. Can you give me any advice on this matter? Should I see a doctor straight away?
Feeling of tingling and numbness anywhere in the body indicates a disturbance in the conduction of the nerves or their physiological function is altered.
This symptom can be physiological, when they are transient or occur ocassionally. But it may be the symptom of a serious underlying neurological disorder also.
So, I suggest you to consult a Neurophysician for a detailed clinical examination and further management.
Hope this information is helpful. Good day
