What Is The Cause Of Stomach Upset?

I have no idea why but when I woke up yesterday morning I had a upset stomache I hadn t ate anything this was like 8 in the morning. I got up to go toilet and went for A poo it came out yellow and was very sore I couldn t touch it As it hurt and it has continued all day. I had a Bath and use talc powder but it hasn t helped only a little and when I got up this morning same thing has been happening??

1) It is essential to know location of pain over abdomen and other associated symptoms.

2) Early morning burning type pain in upper center part of abdomen indicate reflux related problem (GERD) for which upper GI endoscopy is required to confirm the condition and medication for acidity is required.

3) Early morning burning type of pain around anus indicate anal fissure (might be due to constipation), and require anesthetic medication ointment, stool softener, analgesic medication (for pain).

It is necessary for you to have detailed evaluation so that appropriate treatment can be started rather than taking symptomatic treatment for relief only.
