What Is The Cause Of Sore Tongue, Difficulty Talking And Swallowing, And Pain Under Jaw Line?

My right side of the tongue is sore, making it difficult to talk and swallow.much worried.a lot pain.when I talk my worlds r not clear .it is too much hurting Evan I'm not eating and talking. There is pain on right side under jaw line.what is it. Plz plz plz help me,

Hello, thank you for sharing your problem with us.
There are many causes of soreness of tongue it can be iron or vitamin deficiency or any infection underneath the tongue but all these conditions are there when the whole of tongue is sore.
In your case it may be any trauma from the adjacent tooth of right side or can be infection also. it will be better that you should visit a dentist nearby which can examine the tongue and rule out the cause and get the necessary investigations done.

There can be several reasons for sore tongue like:-
- Bacterial or fungal infection
- chronic medical condition
- trauma
- toxins
- radiation therapy
- medication like acetaminophen or tynelol
- Jaw pain
- ulcers

You need to visit dentist & rule out the cause & get it treated accordingly.
