What Is The Cause Of Penile Bleeding?

So today I was masturbating and before I reached climax a bit of blood came out of my penis. It wasn't much but it was enough to be seen. As soon as I saw this I was terrified and stopped immediately, I plan on not masturbating for a while because of the blood. What should I do? I am 18 and I have a girlfriend and am so embarrassed about it and I am worried if it will happen again. Should I go to the dr or should I wait it out and see if it happens again? Any suggestions ? I am worried about what the cause of it could be and hope its nothing serious.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have slight bleeding while masturbating.

This is most likely to be due trivial injury to urethra due to dry ,rough and vigorous handling of your penis with firm grip of hand.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for 5 days.

Since this is first episode you can wait for a day or two.and nothing to be worried about it.

Use lubricant while masturbating
