What Is The Cause Of Pain In The Arm And Chest Post Shoulder Injury ?

Hi I fell on my shoulder back in October very hard and sence.then when I try to do a pushs up or just the other day I rack my grass and was doing some clean and my arm and my side and left chest aches every time and at time I feel funny. I m 32 and I use to healing fast I never went this long with aches and pain.

I think that there was an injury to a ligament or a tendon in the shoulder joint and that can only be picked up o magnetic resonance imaging scan. But I would first suggest that you get yourself examined by a orthopaedic surgeon who can examine you and see if this is the case. If so, the diagnosis can be confirmed using a MRI and treatment can then proceed accordingly.
