What Is The Cause Of My Back Pain?

hi there, so my question is that around a month ago i got sick. had really bad back pain. went to the doctor and got some antibiotics for a infection that i might have had. it burned/ hurt to pee for a week while having back pain. took a pee test and came back negative. within 2 weeks i was back to normal. with my job theres quite a bit of heavy lifting and bending with the back not lifting and lowering properly. ive been having this mid back pain for 3 weeks now that kinda radiates back and forth across my back and into my sides. over the past 2 weeks it comes and goes but mostly towards the end of the daycould this be an infection again or just back pain because of lifting and sports? its just a dull pain thats there. Im wondering what this could be. im 23, athletic, 6 2 195lbs drink alcohol mostly on weekends but drink heavily once a month. smoke cigars here and there but not a daily thing. mostly weekends. play soccer and hockey at high levels. Im not sure if you need anything else to hopefully give me just a quick guess? thank you for your answer and you time
