Hi, If so many tests and most of all, an ultrasound did not recognize a pregnancy, then it is so; you are not pregnant. The cause of this absence of periods needs to be investigated for. If you have had regular periods in the past, hormonal imbalances of recent onset leading to such a situation can be due sudden weight disturbances, stress, infections or certain medications. Central causes and polycystic ovaries also have to be considered. Please see a specialist for proper evaluation and further management. Hope this helps.
