What Is The Cause Of Fluttering Sensation In Legs?

I am experiencing a fluttering sensation in my legs. It is especially noticable in the evenings when I am laying down. I am currently doing a fertility cycle for an embryo transfer. I'm nervous because my sister had a stroke (undetermined cause at age 28).
