Hello,

Since you had a tubectomy, your chances of conception are very low. Ovulation occurs if you have functioning ovaries. The most likely cause of the menstrual pattern is a hormone imbalance. Other causes likely are stress, sudden weight changes, infections and use of certain medications. Please contact your health care provider for further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
