Welcome to HCM!

it can be due to either-
1. high / low blood pressure
2. or cervical spondylosis
3. or may be neurological in origin.

you should get yourself investigated- blood pressure readings- both sitting and lying down position, complete blood counts, x Ray neck, and if nothing is found but the symptoms persist: then you may need an MRI brain to rule out organicity.

however, for peresnt, you may take adequate fluid intake, a pain killer like- diclofenac with domperidone will help.
If here is still dizziness- cinnarazine will help you.

Do not worry, it is a common clinical presentation and tretable.

Wish you good health!
