What Is The Cause Of Chunks On My Foreskin Tip After Oral Sex?

i have noticed two chunks on my foreskin tip this was after getting oral from my girlfriend. there are also tiny bumps by the chunks (cuts). i did feel a little pain when she went down on my maybe she was a bit too excited but i dont like the look of these cuts its been a week now and no real signs of healing

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have chunks on your foreskin after having oral sex .

Since oral cavity is full of bacterial flora This is mostly due to bacterial infection of foreskin and glans (Ballano Posthatitis) transmitted through oral sex.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
