What Is The Cause For Vomiting And Breathlessness?

My 7 year old woke up feeling very sick at 3am, she started shivering violently, she then went rushing for her inhaler (very unusual even thought she has asthma) saying she couldn't breath. I checked her temp it was 34.4 . Vomiting continued ever 10-15 minutes for 4 hours. Was this food poisoning a bug, something to do with her asthma?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be food poisoning but it seems to be infection and viral is most likely second if this is not the infection then it must be dyspepsia here the persistence vomiting is matter of concern and it needs to be taken care along with this dehydration also is matter of concern, in my opinion better to see the ER hope this information helps.
