What Is The Cause For Pain On My Lower Back ?

my age is 49 for two days now i woke up and i have pain in my lower back and it hurts i ve taken some pain pills but the pain is still there can you tell what is the cause i know its not my goal blatter it has been remove 6 years ago thank you.

I think you you have osteoartheritic changes in your lumbo sacral region causing nerve irritation and pain.
Go for X ray lumbo sacral region and confirm.
Consult orthopedic and get treated.
