What Is The Cause And Treatment For Joint Pains?

Iam 40 years old iam an national team coach in judo pass 1year iam having pain in my joints when I did my blood test it eas found that in my ASLO test eas positive.Note: Titer more than 200IU/ml Indicates Streptocpccal lnfection.do please guidee if it is cure able or not.

I would recommend you to get other blood investigation like ESR,CRP and Ra factor. Also if possible get anti ccp antibody. ASLO titre is usually marker of rheumatic arthritis and it needs long treatment. Though it does not causes any permanent damage to knee cartilage and prognosis is good.
I would also recommend you to get your cardiac checkup also as this disease can cause damage in cadiac chambers and valve also. If you want any more detail then you can contact me on this link.
