Hi, Gaurav thanks for query.Normally near date of period some spotting may occur and what you may seeing is this only.As your partner had primolut n before 20 days there are chances of withdrawl bleeding at time .At times some local ulcer can also lead to this.Still in doubt please take her to gynecologist for examination.
