Yesterday out of nowhere , both of my legs felt cramped . I wasnt even able to walk or sleep . I can feel the pain from knees and calf muscles . It has been hurting for 9 hours now . Before i went to bed , my mom applied icy hot and massaged it . It would go away for a short period of time but come back again . I was awaken from my sleep twice because of the pain . I tried taking a hot shower as well but that didnt really help . My legs are in a lot of pain !
