What Is The Best Diet For High Blood Pressure Which Is To Be Followed?

I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and I was wondering how I can treat it so it will go down. What food am I allowed to eat and which ones should I avoid? What is best to drink and what drinks should I avoid to get my blood pressure down to normal?

Hello & welcome to HCM,
I had gone through the case and need more history like your age, weight, lipid profile and blood sugar. But normally you avoid excessive salt, preservative items like preserved food, jam, sauces and also avoid refined flour items like biscuits, bakery food because it has excessive salt and sugar in their manufacturing.Take fruits two to three serve/day.Night soaked almond(10-15) with milk.Avoid Red meat if you are taking. To do relaxing exercise.Hope my answer will be effective for you.
Thanks & regards,
