What Is My Transrectal Ultrasound Result Suggestive Of?

My transrectal ultrasound shows anteverted uterus with no myometrial lesion. The endometrium is thickened at 1.4 cm and hyperechoic. Both ovaries contains multiple small follicles suggestive to polycystic ovaries. No adnexal mass seen. No fluid in the cul de sac. What does it mean?

the us scan suggests that u got polycystic ovarian disease,which is very common in women nowadays.It is usually a metabolic disorder.U have not mentioned ur age and the problem,so cant explain about it further.Weight reduction is the foremost treatment modality.complications include-irregular mensus,infertility,obesity,hirsutism,diabetes etc
