Hi,Rajesh ,thanks for query.Endoscopy is procedure where by the doctor throught natural orifices introduces a camera in side the body to visualise the inner structures. It is mostly done without ansethesia and it is not a very painful procedure. At times local spray is used for local ananthesia.Do not worry, this is important and can give lots of information about disease.
wishing you good health.
