Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Sir,
Glimy M1 is glimipride 1mg plus 500mg metformin. now coming to the increased frequency of passing stools may not be related. Vizylac is a probiotic used to restore your intestinal flora after intake of antibiotics. first thing we have to ensure is the cause for this problem. once the cause which may be Diabetic Gastroparesis or Chronic abdominal infection or IBD is determined treatment can be redefined as per the diagnosis. Its better to consult an Gastroenterologist for establishing the diagnosis.
