why i have a only west size/tummy area 42 inches, rest of body area is normal,but i am on diet plus i go to gym total 3 hrs/week.i am 46 years men.i dont eat sugar or sweet or fatty food ,no smoking or alcohol drinking.bp ,sugar avg.6 quterly fat in blood 4 but my weight stll going up and up. tyroid is ok what can i do?

Drink 14 glasses of water 2-3 cups of green tea every day 1 green tea before sleep eat your meals slowly chew proper don't exert yourself in exercise eat all local and seasonal food items
