What Is An Itchy, Fluid Leaking Area In Ear Post Cartilage Piercing?
I recently got my cartilage pierced in my ear and it s been about a week and a half. It s already got infected but the swelling and redness has gone down. Below that and at the back of my ear for some reason has gonna dry, leaking a clear fluid and scabbing yellow. I usually find myself itching it when I wake up. Any ideas what it could be / how I could prevent and treat it??

The symptoms seem to be related to an infection of the piercing.
I suggest :
Wash your hands before touching or cleaning your piercing.
Clean around the piercing with a saltwater rinse three times a day.
Don't use alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or antibiotic ointments.
Don't remove the piercing.
Clean the piercing on both sides of your earlobe.
