What Is A Lump On The Back Of My Calf With Icthiness?
I had a sudden itching sensation in back of calf and when I reached down to scratch it I felt large golf ball sized hard lump that was tender to touch so I looked and have a large dark bruise but did not bump, hit or receive any injuries to the area. What could cause this?

This looks to be due to a rupture of a vein. Most probably you are suffering from varicose vein which do not usually cause any pain or symptom so easily missed. Get this checked ASAP by a Surgeon. Till then elevate the limb in a lying down position above the heart level, add a crepe bandage if you have one. Do not fiddle with it.
