Hello! Thank you for your question on HCM! Regarding your concern, your symptoms don t seem to be related to the heart. The most probable cause would be a cervical disc displacement, which is causing a radicular pain, or a pinched nerve. Another disorder which could cause this symptomatology would be a possible stroke or TIA. I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical examination and perform a routine check up ( resting ECG, chest x ray, routine blood test, blood electrolytes, kidney and liver function tests, thyroid hormone levels).
