What exercises can one do at home after a c-section delivery ?
wanna know about abdominal exercises that has to be done after cessarian section now my daughter is 3 and half years old. please suggest if i can do these excercises at home

You can do exercises at home to reduce your tummy.Lie on your back fold your knees and try touch your forehead to the knee, daily atleast 15 times you can do and gradually increase.Do regular brisk walk for 20 min.
