What Exercises Can Be Done To Strengthen Spine And Hip In Case Of Osteopenia?

I have osteopenia. What are the best exercisises to make my spine strong and hips. I ve started jumping on our trampoline. I do weights 3x week. Usually a body pump class at our y. What about the plate too. I m taking 10,000 in od d3 a day and k2. Magnesium glycol ate before bed.

Hi , weight training exercises combined with body weight exercises offer the stress to increase muscle density. You can add stretch and mobility exercises. I am happy that you are on the right path.
Try to avoid explosive exercises like severe jumps to avoid fractures.
But , do not fall into the trap of going overboard with exercises. 3 days of weight training per week is sufficient. Minimal exercises on other days.
