General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there. I have read through your question and would like to tell you that the dose of sinarest in children depends on their body weight and not age. So for example if a three year old weighs approximately 12 kgs the dose of sinarest for him will be 5 ml three times in a day. But if he is having only fever and no cold sinarest is not required. Plain Paracetamol syrup will reduce the fever. You should discuss this with your paediatrician to determine the exact dose for your child. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
