Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concern.
1. The dose for Clavam Forte (Amoxicillin+Clavulanic acid) dry syrup 25 mg/kg body weight every 8 hours, is recommended. It may cause loose motions as its important side effect.
You can give him/her Clavam (125+31.2) mg/5ml, 5 ml every 8 hours.
2. Asthalin (Salbutamol) is a bronchodilator (opens the air ways) effective to treat wheezing associated with cough. If your baby has wheezing with cough, 2 ml can be given 3 times a day. Its excess dose may cause some irritability, tremors and palpitations. It should not to be given for routine cold cough without prescription. If she has no associated wheezing then you can give her anti histaminic like Certrizine or Benadryl as per dosage for 3 to 4 days.
3. For fever Paracetamol syrup 5 ml 3 times/day should be given.
Along with the medications;
Give steam inhalation.
Give plenty of warm fluids, lemon ginger tea.
Avoid all kind of fried and junk food.
Still if the baby do not respond then please consult your pediatrician so that he can evaluate and manage him/her judiciously.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful.
A feed back is appreciated.
