What Does'wedging Of D 11 And D 12 Vertibral Bodies Are Seen'mean?

i want your opinion on lumbosacral x ray
Spondylotic changes seen.
wedging of D 11 and D 12 vertebral bodies are seen.
No evidence of spondylosis or spondylolithesis seen.
Pedicles inter-vertebral disc spaces and interpedicular distance appear normal.
No evidence of bony erosion or sclerosis seen.
Both SI joints appear normal.
Pre and para vertebral soft tissues appear normal.

There are two reasons of wedging of D11 and D12. either it can be weak bone and osteoporosis which causes vertebra to collapse , Other reason could be infection like TB. An mri report will give us better picture about disease bcause if pus is seen than it is infection and if no pus is seen it can be osteoporosis or trauma.
