General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Very hot leg and feet in night time are suggestive of peripheral neuropathy.
You are being treated with Lyrica and Gabapentin that will help ease the hot feeling.

If I was your caring doctor would determine and treat the cause first:
- diabetes: fasting blood sugar, HbA1C testing
- liver/kidney function test
- neurological examination
- thyroid function test

Treating the primary problems will ease the hot feeling in legs and feet too.
Discuss this further with your doctor.

All the best.
