What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?
hi im 32 yo.the uterus is anteverted with regular contour and homogeneous myometrium.there are no myometrial masses seen.the cervix is closed and homogeneous. the endometrium is thick and hyperechoic with intact endomyometrial interface.the right ovary is lateral to the uterus while the left ovary is superior.both contain more than 12 subcapsular follicules measuring less than 1.0 cm in diameter with dense stroma.there are no adnesal masses seen.there is no fluid in the cul de sac.wht does it mean?
