What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Last day I take my wife to a doctor after altar sound report there was written that Uterusis anteverted having 3 cystic areas in uterine cavity Largest one 34.5 mm with yolk sac however having no fetal pole seen yet 2 other cystic areas of 24mm and 17mm found with no yolk sac or fetal pole Note: Last date of periods was 5 October

If you have missed out on your expected date of menses. please get urine pregnancy test or blood beta HCG test done to confirm that you are pregnant.
If you are pregnant,then t.the USG report suggests that there is triplet pregnancy. There are 3 pregnancy sacs in the uterus. As on now there is no growing fetus- baby.
It can be natural or if you have taken any treatment for ovulation induction then there can be multiple fetal pregnancy.
Please get repeat USG done after a week or so.
Then you can decide about continuation of the pregnancy and also consult your gynecologist about selective fetal destruction and growing the pregnancy with 2 baby instead of 3.
Please think about it with your partner.
