What Does This Urine Test Result For Penile Burning Sensation Indicate?

Iam 37 yr old male having penal burning sensation throughout day after urine its high, by last 10 days. I visited doctor 4 days before they given tablets 3tablets 3 doses/day given injection 1 st day and 3rd day today is 4 th day today I taken urine test result shows epi cells 1-2 hpf .pus cells 2-4 hpf ,I having continues burning sensation on the route of urine what can I do further sir,pl help me
