HI. Yes, this is an infection your child is having. I would like to know the sex and age of the child and why was this particular test was done in child? What are the complaints? Is there a increased frequency , fever, chills or burning micturition?
There is no culture report . The child needs an antibiotic treatment and minimum of ultrasonography by a pediatrician / Urologist.
