Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine analysis report is as follows:
The physical characters - color and specific gravity are within range.
The turbid appearance, acidic reaction and presence of traces of albumin are abnormal.
Turbid appearance can be due to presence of infection or presence of proteins in urine.
Traces of albumin is probably responsible for turbid appearance.
Presence of 3-5 pus cells/hpf can be due to presence of infection in urine.
Presence of 10-12 red blood cells/hpf in urine can be due to bleeding in the urinary tract or it can accompany infection in the urinary tract.
Since, pus cells in urine needs to be followed by urine culture to detect presence of infection in urine.
A negative sugar test is a normal finding.
RBC morphology showing 50% microcytic cells can be due to iron deficiency.

Thanks and take care
