What Does This Urinalysis Report During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hello Doctor.i am from nepal and i have some question about Pregnancy.I am 9 weeks pregnancy and last week i did some test of urine and today i got report.Doctor, what does mean if Epthelial Cells is Plenty? and urine Albumin is (+)?Please answers me Doctor.

Hi dear!

Normally there are a few squamous epithelial cells in urine. But in pregnancy it may increase to some extent, but it's normal. Urine albumin is positive with one +. It's not too much of albumin and it comes during pregnancy sometimes. But keep a look at your BLOOD PRESSURE. Pre eclampsia is a disease that can damage kidneys too, and that is a High Blood Pressure state.
PRENATAL VISITS TO THE GYNAECOLOGIST ARE NECESSARY FOR YOU. DONT MISS THAT.
