General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your transvaginal ultrasound result that demonstrate the presence of Adenomyosis I am suggesting strongly that you will definitely need a surgical interventional procedure

In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical evaluation as well as laparoscopic surgery

I hope this helps Regards
