Portal vein and common bile duct are normal. Gallbladder: is normally distended.No calculus seen.Wall thickness measures 9mm Pancreas: is normal in size and normal echopattern. Spleen :is enlarged in size(15.9cm) and shows multiple splenic hilum collaterals noted,splenic vein dilated and measures 12mm. Right kidney: is normal in size shows normal pelvicalyceal system and normal corticomedullary differentiation.No calculus seen. Right ureter: not dilated Left kidney: is normal in size,shows normal pelvicalyceal system and normal cortico medullary differentiation.No calculus seen. Left ureter:not dilated Urinary bladder:is normally distended.No calculus is seen.Wall thickness appears normal. Prostate :is normal in size,normal echopattern. Aorta&IVC and para aortic region is grossly normal.No obvious para aortic lymphadenopathy. Severe degree ascites noted. IMPRESSION: Cirrhosis of liver with portal hypertension with moderate degree splenomegaly Severe degree ascites Dilated splenic vein with multiple collaterals splenic hilum Edematous gall bladder wall.
