Hello and Welcome to healthcare magic forum!

the Ultra sound scan report is clearly suggestive of Cysts in the ovaries,

Pouch od douglas is also called the recto uterine pouch which is just a small sac located between the rectum and uterus. Minimal fluid in the pouch of douglas is not significant and is physiological however if the fluid it increases it is a sign of increase in PCOD.

Kindly visit you gynaecologist who can evaluate well and give you the right treatment.

Wishing you good health!
